12 strength sessions at Professional Performance

12  7 inning games 

Local D2/ D3 coaches in attendance

2 jerseys and hat

All locations in Nassau County

Only 12 position players per team

Program closed out at 6 teams

Pitches will start out at 35 pitches per week 

Pitch count will increase by 10 each week  

5 batter innings clear bases after 3 outs to ensure a bunch of AB's
